“ Creation ”
We’re used to thinking that we are the ones who create the world.
We build cultures, invent languages, give birth to symbols, create technologies, and believe that we are their creators.
But Sobinarism invites us to look deeper.
Every image we create begins to take on a life of its own. Every idea transforms the one who conceived it. Every culture imperceptibly shapes its creators. We consider ourselves puppeteers, but the strings have long been pulling in both directions.
One and Zero hold the figures of human lives in their hands, as if they were marionettes. But these figures themselves consist of thousands of reflections of people who, over the centuries, have created meanings, beliefs, myths, and knowledge. As a result, it is no longer possible to tell who is the creator and who is the creation.
Humans create culture.
Culture creates humanity.
From this endless mutual creation arises the Digital Realm—an invisible space of meanings, relationships, and choices in which our existence unfolds.
Therefore, this work is not about the creation of the world.
It is about the creation of the creators.
It is about that moment when a person realizes that they themselves are a product of the very meanings they once created.
“Creation” is the co-creative paradox of existence: the creator creates the creation, and the creation, in turn, creates the creator. And within this endless loop of mutual birth, the reality of the present moment—here and now—emerges.
